An excellent breakfast selection, really pleasant and welcoming staff, and what an amazing location. To be able to walk from our hotel room up onto the Malvern Hills within 10 minutes was something else. We’d definitely stay again.

Nothing!

The staff were so polite and really helpful. The view from the front terrace was wonderful, we could see for miles and the garden was well tended. The meal in the evening was excellent, breakfast good too. Very amenable to my food intolerences.

Nothing.

I paid extra for a superior room room, but found it rather basic. Rather tired looking with only bare necessities. Breakfast served unripe avocado with my scrambled egg. Expensive dinner was good but nothing special.
