Connecting rooms for families, nice bed, super Italian restaurant built into the hotel.

The room, it was warm, comfortable and clean.
Our breakfast order was taken promptly, but was forgotten about. For 20 or more minutes, it would have been longer if I had not asked about it. The excuse was they were busy. Not that busy because later arrivals were getting their meals before us. Once I got my meal, I was so disappointed, I think I know microwaved scrambled eggs when I see them, rubbery and solid. The toast was barely toasted, no colour to it at all and not at all crisp, and unbuttered. I didn't eat it. Instead I ate the delicious super fresh pastries, from the continental selection. My husband later told me his Full English was barely luke warm.

Really helpful staff. Hotel all on one level and room was comfortable, clean and well-heated. Handy bar area for snacks and drinks. Also Da Sandro Italian restaurant next door.

It was comfortable and in a good location off the M62 so convenient for Leeds or Manchester.
The breakfast service was hopeless. We were the first people in there and they couldn’t get our order correct. I’d hate to see it busy. Also I prefer hot toast with my breakfast not in advance. Don’t change the order slightly because they can’t manage it.
