Location and facilities
The room was really hot and the fan provided made a clunk/click noise, the pipes we’re knocking and making noise during the night!
The Asian girl behind the bar was rude and unhelpful-all other staff were really nice and friendly.

Shower head to big for cubicle and leaked everywhere. Sink didn't drain properly. Room directly overlooked by corridor opposite so couldn't have curtains open.
