Beautiful location right on the river and close to town and easy check in. We were at Thorpe park fright nights and checked in after 9pm they have a 24 hrs reception. Parking right at location £10 for 24 hours very reasonable. Very comfy bed and bed for our child was good that is was not a basic sofa bed. Breakfast was very nice full English and extras for £15 per adult and £8 per child.
It’s halls were a little dated and fire alarm went off late in night. Probably an accident but still
No information regarding the situation.

The room was clean and tidy. The hotel is close to the railway station and bus stop so it is easy to go to central London.
