We had a pleasant stay at the Voco Hotel.
The hotel is nice and close distance to the Shuttle (15mins) so it was ideal for us.
The room was lovely and clean, it was quiet and the bathroom is spacious.
We didn't have breakfast as we left every early in the morning.
Staff was nice but we had to wait some time before someone came to reception for check in.
To note: the elevator is very small and narrow.
There is a car park available but it is very very busy so we ended up parking on the street not far from the hotel.

Overnight Street parking permit was pricey but handled by reception directly so was convenient
-The toilet was too compact especially the pot - heavy person cannot fit in that space . Shower was good
-In room coffee dipping bags was not great would have preferred sachets
-Mini fridge was empty with just one bottle of water for two of us
-The lift was too compact could barely fit two persons with luggage.was a squeeze.
-The floor corridors were extremely narrow fitting just one person

A very bright and spacious room with an amazing sea view. The breakfast is exceptional. So much variety and good quality. Very attentive staff on hand to assist.
Nothing to dislike

The location is excellent: the hotel is only a 15-minute walk from the train station and is situated right next to the beautiful green cliffs. It is a wonderful area for walking and enjoying the surrounding scenery.
The hotel does not provide bathrobes or slippers, even upon request. I specifically asked the staff for them and was told that the hotel does not offer them at all. There were no basic bathroom amenities either, which was particularly disappointing for a four-star property.
We booked a king room, but the main photo shown during the booking process featured a room that looked considerably larger, brighter and more attractively furnished than the one we received. Although our actual room could also be found among the other photos, the main image created a very different impression and set expectations that were not met. The substantial difference between rooms in the same category was disappointing.
