Not far from the station, very clean and smart.
Really liked that the room had kettle, hairdryer, iron and ironing board in it.
Comfortable and quiet, felt cosy.
Not knowing how to get normal tv working, or it probs wasn't and didn't know how to get anything working on it but it was late, so didn't want to ask reception.

Great location, spacious room, and exceptionally friendly staff. Highly recommend!
The bed sheets look quite old and could definitely use replacing.

Good value for money
Stairs, but was aware that there is no lift

Very clean room and bathroom. Helpful staff, Great location, close to Earl's court tube station.
Lots of stairs to our room on the 3rd floor because there's no lift. Only paper cups supplied for tea or coffee, (although the little packets of biscuits were nice).
Our room was a bit cramped with a double bed in it. We had stayed there before and had a larger room
