Excellent dinner on the first evening. Pleasant atmosphere. Especially listening to the Harpist and then the Pianist on the following evening.
Lovely room Comfortable bed and pillow cases.
Good breakfast. Location couldn't be better.
Having stayed a few times at the Imperial Hotel I think the Reception Staff will know what I will write here!
Bringing my daughter and son-in -law we were alarmed to find two fire engines' outside on our arrival.
Of course I did understand why the pool was closed but the whole point of my booking the Imperial Hotel was to come and enjoy the wonderful pool once again. Eventually we did manage to enjoy a swim in the lovely clean pool, but so disappointing. I hope the incident has now been fully rectified.

Excellent location - everything, including the station, is within walking distance. The bedroom and bathroom were both very large and the bed was very comfortable.
Good choice of food at breakfast. Dinner at the hotel was also very good.
Nothing.
