The staff were fantastic, quick. With my having 2 service dogs in training they were mindful of contact and of other guests who had children. They checked to make sure me and the dogs were ok during our stay.
Silly little things the boxed tissues hadn't been replaced so made a water spillage difficult to dab up. No sockets near the bed. Floors hadn't been swept or hoovered which was evident by hairs around floors especially in the bathroom (my head is shaved) I did scratch my hand on a curved board in a bottom drawer next to the bed but its no bother. It did get quite cold and there was no instructions for heating so had to wear hoodie to sleep.

Fuss free, super friendly and efficient.
It would have been nice to have had an electrical outlet beside the bed for charging etc
7 / 10Good·Oct 2026
Freindly, efficient and helpful staff to a man (or woman!)
Always felt welcomed and valued, not just a pre-set management course response.
