Modern, clean, quiet, great location
No lift for carrying heavy luggage. Thankfully, my room was one floor up and my 10 year old daughter could help carry our suitcase.

Easy to get to, well laid out and the children were welcome at the pool
One dripping tap which I alerted them to on the last day. Not a big deal but I like to help by pointing out issues staff would miss, not staying in the room

The best part was the use of the facilities - swimming pool, jacuzzi, steam room, sauna and gym. Towels were available when using the pool, as well as a padlock to borrow for the lockers.
You could even attend exercise classes for an additional fee and there were discounts on treatments in the spa. We didn't use these but nice to have the optional extra.
I would definitely recommend the facilities.
Ideally, you would need a car in order to get to local restaurants and shopping centres but they are not far so you could get a taxi too.
We encountered an issue with our room on arrival which took 1 hour to sort. My kids were getting restless and when I emailed the manager, as advised, nothing was done. We were given a different room to what I had booked (family room) which did not have enough space for all 4 of us and we were told all the family rooms were fully booked. After the 1 hour wait and viewing a room which was not cleaned and ready, we got a room with a bigger sofa bed so at least both kids could fit on it.
In general, our stay was ok but after the initial mix up we had a few other things which were not ideal. We woke up with no cold water. This was due to a problem in the whole area which was soon fixed. They ran out of Coco Pops for 2 mornings. Other cereal was available but just disappointing for my child.
Overall, our stay was fine and this is great value for money due to the free use of the facilities.
