It was so clean and the standard was very good
I love everything about the property, no concerns.

Last stop, and we picked it for the location. Central, simple, and a bargain at the price. That is the review, mostly.
We did not eat there, so the kitchen gets a pass. The room did what a room should do at the end of a long trip. What lifted it was the staff: pleasant, kind, and one charming man in particular who made checking in feel like someone was actually glad you had turned up.
Derby has gone downhill. That is not the hotel’s fault. You are not booking the town. You are booking a fair room, a central bed, and people who treat you properly, for not much money. On those terms it is an 8, and I would use it again.

Clean, spacious room and bath
No remote control and breakfast was advertised to have cooked options but was told they didn’t have them. Even though on the wall a sign said it had cooked options…
