Felbridge Gatwick Hotel & Spa

Very clean ! Rooms were very big ‘ you had everything in them! Swimming and spa were an added bonus ! Will definitely come back to stay ! I never had breakfast ‘ we didn’t have time ‘ but they are the amazing ! I recommend ! Our flight was to early !

The rooms are always nice

We have used your hotel a few times now, for myself and my late husband and for various family members, ( I live nearby in Coombe Hill Road), but we always have a problem with one particular staff member on the reception, a gentleman with no hair, (bald), sorry I don't have his name. He is extremely abrupt and surly to the point of almost being rude, the rest of the staff are lovely but this gentleman needs retraining in my opinion. I think he might be a head receptionist or manager or at least he tries to give that impression. Definitely needs to work on his people's skills...

Spacious rooms, comfy bed, friendly staff, good breakfast, shame we arrived too late to enjoy the spa and had to leave early too

Close to where we wanted to go

Where to start really , reception staff unhelpful for example :- do you serve an evening meal ,er not sure ? Have you a menu , don’t know not my station . Both bath and sink blocked with hair , spare room key got taken by cleaning staff or someone meaning somebody had access but they didn’t know who . Asked for another key but on reflection the code should have been completely changed given recent travelodge case . Poor breakfast screamed at it coming by a member of staff . Second key card didn’t work and went to get it re activated and got asked what’s up now , keys not working again ! Tut! Pool attendants would rather watch tv or phone rather than actually help
