Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Well designed hotel.
WiFi was ropey. There was a problem they were trying to fix apparently,
The young man at the desk when I checked in was a bit snotty- I was surprised by the parking charge as this was new and I said it’s a hotel where you needed a car to get to. He told me I could have walked or got the metro. There isn’t even a continuous path from the road past the car park to the hotel. I can only assume he is new to customer service, but if that’s the recommended standard response to that query- then the hotel needs to do better.

Comfy bed, good shower, convenient for the airport
Glass shelf covered in dust. Bath mat was black with mould. Complimentary biscuit had been eaten and wrapper left lying.
