The view is amazing from the hotel itās like being in a picture
Breakfast there was plenty of choices and it was very tasty staff was official and very pleasant knew there stuff
Evening meal at the hotel restaurant was amazing tasty and would definitely call again
The weather was very bad storm boelo heavy rain wind it was quite scary thought the window of our bedroom was going to blow out at one point got up to check car to find 2 cars had been damaged badly with a lot of trees around ours wasn't damaged but we had bought a new car and there was so much branches and leafs on it that we looked for a car wash on our way home to try and clean it
The hotel is a bit dated but that is the quirky of this hotel and could do with a lick of paint to freshen it up especially the bedrooms staff amazing and friendly shame of the weather mother nature had taken over unfortunately

Everything. It had all you need but still not modern and lovely decor. The view of the lake was just stunning. Comfortable bed, great breakfast, spacious room, good shower. Had to take the kids last minute and hotel were accommodating. Weather was awful but somehow it made it better. Lovely local walks. The kids had a brilliant time too.

The view was outstanding, the food was also very good. Particularly recommend the Tapas served at lunchtime up to 5pm.
The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The hotel and site generally were clean and tidy. We took advantage of the clay pigeon shooting and this was a lot of fun.
It is a good base to explore N Wales from but be warned the mountain passes to Bala are not for the faint hearted!
Small points that did not detract from our stay.
The tea pots at breakfast were dirty, tea stained. The room was a little tired with a drippy tap. Bed was small but we are used to a Super King at home .

The breakfast was good. Dinner very small portions with vegetables like one tiny carrot one stem of broccoli had to pay for extra chips to bulk the meal. There wasn't any starters that suited our taste.
I paid to have a superior room the view and having plenty of hot water were the only assets the leather chairs were very old and worn and most uncomfortable it wasn't a room to enjoy only the view. The furniture in lounges were very old and
need replacing it was not a place you would like to sit and have a drink after dinner.
