Great location in Gangnam if you’re looking for Gangnam area! Room was huge with a kitchenette and a washer/dryer!! Lots of restaurants and coffe cafes around.
We wished for a coffee machine inside the room

Lovely spacious rooms, clean and helpful staff. Great wifi and really comfy beds.
The gym was not great - poorly equipped with no AC and the location was a little bit out of reach of the main tourist spots (mostly north of the river) which are about 30 mins away by bus / metro.

We enjoyed the nice building, big room and safe environment
We did not enjoyed the breakfast service (we could not access to it due to the rigid iter: impossible to pay after breakfast even though we had the check out 1h later); quite unpolite receptionists (only girls were polite), as they NEVER say hello, never smile, ... ; and dirty rooms (brown spots on the bed linen, dusty furniture...)
