The staff's treatment of visitors is professional and pleasant.
No refrigerator in the room; no hair dryer. The air conditioner's cooling is weak.

We always stay at the Ibis. They are friendly, professional and never ever do they disappoint.
The breakfast has been better in the past however it was still good. We were disappointed there was no Zamita.
