An exquisite property which took our breath away. Every thing was top notch ..the quality of furniture and furnishings, the tasteful decor, comfortable rooms and wonderfully welcoming and helpful staff and the delicious food made the whole experience unforgettable. If you visit Fez there is no other place to stay.

What a wonderful hotel... everything was perfect, small luxury hotel situated in a beautiful historic palace, great food and breakfast, combined with first class service by Idris and the entire team. Especially Idris was so helpful and professional in everything we needed. Thanks again for the great stay!
Bad smell in bathroom, please talk to your plumber!

Aesthetically the riad was beautiful and the beds were super comfortable. We also enjoyed a delicious meal on the rooftop one evening.
But in terms of service, there was a lack of attention to detail on the part of management. A request for pick up from the train station went unanswered, the second towel we asked for was never delivered, nor was the second chair we asked for, and the smell from the pipes in the bathroom was also unattended. Throughout the day, the schmaltzy music that was piped through the common areas at a slightly intrusive volume was competing with the heavy beat of the music coming from the bar on the roof - so not so relaxing! This was by far the most expensive place we stayed in during our 2 weeks in Morocco, and by far the most disappointing!
