We are frequent guests at this property. We love the location -- very close walking distance to the main downtown attractions, yet quiet late at night. In addition, the property has free off-street parking. The apartments are modest and spacious, though some of the furnishings are a bit dated. The kitchenette has all the items you need for food prep, including a toaster, microwave and Nespresso machine. As a prior visitor, the staff was kind enough to bring me a drip coffee pot upon arrival, which we very much appreciated!!
Mostly a few minor maintenance items which could improve the apartment -- bathroom door that was hard to fully close, closet in bedroom hard to open, limited counter space for kitchenette.

The property was in a great central location which made walking around to explore very easy. There were a lot of good restaurants and shops as well as yummy bakeries all within walking distance.

I had to call when we got in late and my phone wasn't working to get messages and the gentleman who answered the phone was so lovely and helpful. I can't speak more highly of him. It was in such a great spot to just wander around town. Everything was clean and tidy, bed were very comfortable. The room was very warm and cosy.
Nothing really, just remember to grab some milk and tea bags and there are heaps of little store close and handy. We are used to them being supplied, but different country, different rules, so definitely not complaining about it.

I kind of likes the no keys only code thing.
The hallways was noisy, like the walls where to thin.
