Clean and spacious room, great location
customer service poor both check-in and restaurant service. Need more active, aggressive and attentive employees

Perfect location. Lovely renovations happening and looks fantastic- I just wish their designers would find what Traveller’s need. Cora’s cafe next door was fabulous.
Rooms for 2 people with cases - way tooooo small. Nowhere to hang even 2 towels. It would be great if the desk staff showed a bit of a welcome with a genuine smile.

Restaurant was great value.
Room
Was a good size.
The bathroom had a broken towel rack and the sink drain was blocked.
There was a strong chemical smell in the bathroom too.
One bed was not very comfortable.
We couldn’t control the air con or turn it off from
Our room.
