The setting with wonderful views and in a quiet residential neighbourhood The breakfast was excellent with wonderful coffee and dinners superb. Staff so friendly and helpful. Bedroom spotless with huge comfy bed and lovely balcony. Family feel. Bathroom cleaned and towels changed every day. A fabulous stay!
Tricky to access and tough if you have no hire car. Shame there was no decaf tea or coffee. Desserts for half board guest sometimes a bit bland. Pool on the small side.

Super clean, very comfy bed, nice bathroom, great rain shower. We had two super meals in hotel restaurant with fab wait staff. Great breakfast as well.
We had a third dinner at the restaurant which was just dreadful, something was well off that night, shame as it was our last night. Location is a good 15 min walk downhill to closest beach. Nearest bus stop is 5 mins walk and bus take 10 mins into Chania.

Restaurant staff - lovely
- No tea/coffee in the room
- Some furniture is old and inefficient
- The room service person threw away my personal card which I have put in the card holder - I wasn’t told it is forbidden. When I approached reception - they picked it up from their thrash can, saying that it will be thrown away again if I put it next time. I would expect this information to be passed in the nicer way, and rules to be more explicit.
- Gym is not much of a gym - just an exposed place in the lobby - the only machine was out of service.
