We arrived at 3:00 am and were greeted by a super friendly woman who was expecting us and quickly got us checked in and settled in our room. She even gave us a 13:00 late check out since we arrived so late. There was an elevator. The location was a ten minute drive from the airport. The room was very clean and had very nice amenities. The buffet breakfast was outstanding.

The exceptionally welcoming, courteous, and helpful staff. They make you feel like an exclusive guest from the moment you arrive. Best hotelĀ“s breakfast I ever had - at Vetri Restaurant had extensive variety, fresh Cretan ingredients, and locally sourced juices. Excellent night's sleep due to the high-quality bedding and the quiet, residential location of the hotel.

The accommodations and the service of the staff you cannot ask for better service and a nicer location. We were located on a main street and in the center of the city highly recommended

When we arrived we were told the pool was out of order. My children were very disappointed.
