One of the best hotels where we have ever stayed! Premises are well maintained, food was excellent, aquapark for kids was amazing! They have recently opened padel court that we enjoyed a lot. Staff was exceptional! Pool and beach area - amazing!

The facilities are fabulous, clean and well maintained. The pools are amazing and the sunbeds the most comfortable. The staff were warm and friendly. And you really can walk straight onto the beach.
The main restaurant is chaos. The food is to a good standard and there is a lot of choice but we ended up queuing every day for up to 20 minutes to get a table. There are plenty of restaurant staff but all doing different jobs with hundreds of guests so it is far from a five star experience! We looked at booking one of the other restaurants on site but you get a €20 credit per person if you’re on half board and the restaurant prices were stupidly expensive. Also, not all of the other restaurants are open every night and as we were only there for 4 nights we couldn’t get to the restaurant we wanted to try. Discussed all this with their F&B manager before we left but it’s clearly not a new issue.

The staff is incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming. I also love the dress code—it adds a nice touch to the overall atmosphere.
The meals are excellent, with plenty of variety, and everything throughout the resort is impeccably clean.
A beautiful place to slow down, enjoy yourself, and truly live the #ResortLife.

The staff is what makes this hotel. They were so lovely and happy to help. We loved how accommodating they were for kids, free food and ice cream area was great. Also the kids club even for our daughter under 2 was a lovely way to break up the day.
What lets the property down is them stating it has been fully refurbished which it has not. Yes it has a new amazing pool area and new restaurant area but the hotel and rooms itself have only had “a lick of paint” and new furniture. The lack of sunbeds would also be a problem in summer months. The produce at breakfast could also be improved if it is to say it is a 5 star hotel the food is not 5 star at breakfast.
