The location is amazing. Maria, the concierge, is truly the best I have ever met. The breakfast has huge assortiment to choose from.
The cleaning could have been sligthly more profound.

Location is close to airport and the two ports. Overlooking a great bay, most rooms provide a room of the sea. From arrival time to when we checked out, the staff was amazing. 10/10
Nothing as it did exceed our expectations.

Location, breakfast, lunch, view and all staff were perfect.
Room was not as described on the internet when making booking. We booked (as per the photos), a two-bedroom suite. We were told that was taken and were put into a shared family room (one queen bed and two single), no lockable doors and no large indoor jacuzzi as per the photos on-line. We pointed out our dissatisfaction to management, and once again followed up two days later and requested owner to contact us (they offered a 15% discount) and a plate of fruit. Wasn't after a discount, just wanted the room we booked (6 months prior by the way). Seems to be the Myconian way.
