Exceptional for everything, in every details. The staff is very professional and with a smile. The Kids club is amazing - Freda is very kind and teach nice things to kids (to knit, doing a hat…). Peaceful place.

We had a fantastic stay at Grecotel Filoxenia Kalamata with my wife, and honestly, the whole experience exceeded our expectations.
From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcome. The hospitality was excellent, and the staff were always friendly, attentive, and happy to help.
The food was another highlight of our stay. Everything was delicious, with great variety and quality, making every meal something to look forward to.
Overall, what made this hotel special was the combination of the beautiful location, excellent food, great facilities, and above all, the warm hospitality of the staff.

Breakfast and dinner were delicious with lots of choice. The staff in this hotel go above and beyond. Our room upgrade was a pleasant surprise… thank you.
The gym is small and limited and the equipment needs attention.

A quiet room, helpful and responsive staff, lovely breakfast, acceptable buffet dinner, lovely pool, great sea location.
It would be good if the smaller pool could be a quiet adult only pool. Also if inflatable toys were not allowed in the large pool. Pool staff need to be more pro active. An ordering app would assist. Also some groups of guests tended to be noisy when congregating in their national groups.
