Breakfast was amazing, my order certainly met my expectations. Staffs are professional.
I’m English speaking and someone is always available to speak to you in English.
The light in the room was too dull. I could hardly see to comb my hair and do my makeup properly. However, everything else was amazing.

Breakfast. Swimming pool. The beds were super.
One elevator was out of order.

Everything is perfect, the food, all the staff and the facilities.
I have no complaints.

Location is good, close to everything. Staff is friendly, the beds are comfortable and very good breakfast.
Nothing about this hotel is 5 stars. Very dated, ancient elevators, worn out gym, swimming pool that is cold and has no sauna. Feels more like a 4 star hotel.
