An incredibly beautiful and stylish hotel. The food was delicious and varied, and the staff were very friendly. The grounds were stunning, with flowers, palm trees, and lush greenery.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and this holiday will stay in our memories for a long time.
One suggestion would be to provide complimentary drinking water in the rooms and at dinner. I feel this should be included at a hotel of this standard, especially in the rooms. It’s a small detail, but one that guests would appreciate.
The hotel is also starting to show its age a little. The doors in the public toilets and our room’s bathroom could do with replacing. However, this did not detract from our stay at all.

Breakfast was awesome (except for the coffee, which was not good).
The room was great; the pool was clean and fantastic.
The location was amazing.
Watching the sunset from the hotel cafe was memorable.
The gym location and view were fabulous.
The taste of coffee from the coffee machine in the breakfast buffet was not good.
There were noises each day at 6 a.m., as the staff started preparing breakfast.
However, it was due to my room's location, and after informing the reception, they kindly accepted and promised to prevent that in future.

The club facilities were excellent
Pool area very good
Our room. I booked a preferred club junior suite with ocean views, however the room was very dark with no sun and we were hard pushed to see the ocean. Also we had a leak in the bathroom for two days, and on three days our bed was not turned down
