The breakfast is fantastic but very crowded and not intimate. The beds and linens are great.
This is not a 5 star resort. They failed at service multiple times every day including slow service at the bar, the restaurant was out of 2 of only 7 entrées listed on the menu, the room safe was out of batteries when we arrived, we had a very awkward check-in process where we had to ultimately get our own luggage and bring it to the room. It could be a nice facility if the service was 5 star, but unfortunately, the service is just average and the prices are high – 5 star prices.
