The staff was great in helping us where they could when we had issues. We had a problem with the air conditioning not working and they tried to solve it.
The air conditioning was not working and the room got really hot with the sun the entire day on all windows. Sleeping with 28 degrees Celcius at night was not easy and opening all windows at night was not helping much. Seemingly the air conditioning is normally switched off until June at least so the assumption that this hotel provided air conditioning was not true in my case. This should be mentioned in the small letters/House rules so guests should be able to read and decide on whether they have a problem with that.
