Great location and helpful staff
My room had a window to an internal walk way facing a courtyard so I couldn’t open it at night. The room was dark during the day and stuffy at night.

Amazing location and the building itself was so beautiful. Very close to major attractions, restaurants etc.
On the ground floor, you could hear people walking around/ talking quite a lot so it was a little bit noisy.

Superb location. Hotel had Spanish character & Staff were attentive.
When room was cleaned the cleaners never replenished the coffee sachets, the sugar or the teabags. I had to ask the desk staff.

The hotel is very central overlooking a lovely square
I asked for a cot to be in our room and paid extra for a room to facilitate this but when we arrived there was not cot available. My son is five months old and we don’t co sleep so my partner ended up sleeping on the floor. The hotel had confirmed there was a cot and even asked what room it was in 5 days before we arrived. It was a stressful night for us.
