Location, room had balcony and it was spacious
We did not have coffee, nor toiletries. The beds were a bit uncomfortable

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We initially had an issue with the air conditioning in our room, but it was handled brilliantly and we were moved to a lovely suite with a jacuzzi. We really appreciated how quickly and kindly the situation was resolved.
The air conditioning in our original room was extremely cold and we couldn’t adjust it properly, which made the room uncomfortable. However, the staff dealt with the issue exceptionally well, so it didn’t negatively affect our overall experience.

Location good, near to beach and restaurants. Beds comfortable and our room had a lovely big balcony.
Furniture in the was room the tatty and it could all do with a refresh. The tiles around the shower area needed re grouting as marked and showing black mould. No plug in either the sink or bath.
