Large spotless room, comfy bed, fabulous view from room, good selection of foods at breakfast, very helpful & friendly staff.
A bit too far out of town centre but we wouldn’t have had such an amazing view.

Large room, welcoming reception, decent breakfast
Low room lighting and standard lamp not working, power failure, too few power points

A nice hotel with some very helpful staff members (I hope you get Annibale on duty)
Street view room with poor soundproofing. Some staff members should not be working with the public.

Some of the decor was a little tired and gloomy. The breakfast room felt disjointed with off tables here and there in a large space. The balcony view on our premium room looked out into a corrugated roof. I was looking forward to a swim but the pool was rather uninviting surrounded by paving slabs and a tall fence.
