The gentleman on reception who greeted us on our late 23 00 arrival was absolutely lovely and tried hard with his english to speak with us.
He also upgraded our room to a suite as it was my birthday .
The room was lovely with a nice size bathroom and a large bedroom with a large bath.
The breakfast was nice with a good variety
The rooms were cleaned daily with fresh towels
Toiletries, iron and hair dryer provided
The fridge had purchable items
The bed was a lovely four poster, but two singles beds pushed together.
If one was in the shower, the sink taps/bath taps could not be used as it made shower water boiling hot
No vegetarian sausages ir alternative to the meats.
No english tea
The indoor pool was very cold

Ideal location for us when we visit friends in Vistahermosa. Friendly staff that always welcome us when we return. Excellent rooms that are of a generous size, the pool area is lovely and we will certainly return soon.
