Great location, close to a lovely beach. Ideal for families with young children and accessible for those with mobility needs.
The hotel buildings are old and the rooms were not 5 star level. Our toilet was separate from the showeroom which was very old fashioned. For a Grand Hyatt the accommodation standard should be higher.

The hotel was clean and situated in a great location. Decent food choices and the all inclusive included the à la carte restaurants which was great. Sunbeds were available, the kids club looked well organised. The splash pool and slides were clean and kids loved them.
The air conditioning in the room would or could not go below a certain standard (19 degrees) so upon returning to our room from the heat the room was warm and we couldn’t sleep at night. We complained but they said this was the law in Spain which was actually a lie. We have submitted a formal complaint about the service received after conversations with the hotel manager and guest experience manager fell on deaf ears.
