Secrets Lanzarote Resort & Spa - Adults Only - Hyatt Inclusive Collection

So so clean , staff very attentive and a beautiful resort

Nothing

The reception and porter team were very good. Very attentive, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Beautifully decorated hotel and lovely atmosphere in the foyer. Breakfast was really good. Chocolate cake in Coco cafe was really good. Comfortable beds at the pool. Room cleaned every day to a high standard.

The price of drinks increased at the pool bar in the space of an hour which was pretty annoying. Unable to get an espresso martini at the sports bar as they had no coffee. No offer or effort made to get coffee from another part of the hotel. Asked for cava instead and was poured a glass from an already opened bottle that was completely flat. Had to request a fresh glass from another bottle. Unable to have food at the pool. Lack of drinks service at the pool. Long wait times in the Coco Cafe.

Loved the quietness, stayed here for the reason of needing to reset the brain and body from day to day life. Restaurants were brilliant, great selection, pools were absolutely immaculate, grounds of the hotel are an absolute credit to the staff. The staff were absolutely fantastic from the minute we checked in until the minute we checked out. Hotel facilities were second to none. Would highly recommend staying here!

Great location , relaxing , lovely staff

This was our third visit , the resort needs a revamp , wouldn’t consider it 5 star,
