The staff at the hotel were amazing - they were very helpful - we were able to check in early and they even gave us breakfast early as we were leaving early. Beautiful sparkling clean and comfortable room

Location was excellent, in spite of the street construction out front. The maid service was excellent
The front desk service was among the worst we've experienced in all our many ttavels. When we first arrived there was only one person on duty. We had pre-registered, were very tired from our trip, and expected to get into our room quickly. Instead, we stood and waited for almost 30 minutes while an inexperienced clerk painstakingly registered 3 young men. Later, another clerk declined to call us a cab -- saying that a local festival made car travel impossible Yet,the hotel's own garage was in use!

Location is great, very central
Construction on street in front but we did not hear any noise
Room has a few small maintenance issues (wallpaper is peeling etc) but overall very large clean room

Staff lovely and very helpful, great location.
Bathroom doors glass so light floods into room early in the morning, no door between entrance and bedroom so if door open people in corridor can see you in bed! (See photo).
Events space in courtyard is very loud and goes on late, windows don’t block out the noise.
Looks good but poorly thought out for users of the rooms.
