Clean and tidy, very pleasant and helpful staff.
Location and access not so convenient for us.

Easy to find . Good parking .Helpful staff. Very good evening meal and good breakfast
On our departure the door card key would not work which held us up for sometime before the gentleman on reception came to fix it .This meant that we could not get into our room and we had a long drive ahead of us.

Front desk lady was amazing, she went above and beyond
The rooms floor felt like it had not been swept and mopped

A nice simple hotel within walking distance of the town.
Booking making out the price included taxes. In my mind that includes taxes. Yet there is an additional tax to pay. I don't like this, it leaves you arguing with the desk staff that the booking includes taxes. Though when I eventually managed to see the original booking I see there was a tax to pay. Booking should indicate what the total price is when it says, includes taxes. Quite stressful.
