The room was very comfortable and well equipped. Chocolates and water were readily available free of charge and everywhere was tidy and clean. I did not have breakfast or use the pool.
I was SLIGHTLY disappointed that the restaurant menu in the evening was not more extensive and promoted more widely.

Very friendly staff - smiling and always available for advise
Gym a bit old fashionned - not very fancy room

Room was good.
Balcony too small to really sit out on
Breakfast was dark downstairs in basement
Pool and lounges not great.
Outside very dated and looking out the room was depressing
Reception understaffed

The hotel was nice & clean
Unfortunately our room was very small we we did have our daughter in with us but the facilities to hang our clothes or empty our cases were very cramped.Which was a shame.
We did have an incident which was our error and this was handled very well and professionally. We apologised for this and it was all sorted.
