This is the ONLY real hotel in the area of the three high Alpujarras villages. The scenery is spectacular but this hotel is a must if you’re staying overnight (King Juan Carlos & Queen Sofia once visited- we stayed in Sofia’s room!). Really nice pool with spectacular scenery; ample free parking and nice restaurant and bar. You’ll have to drive (5 - 10 minutes) to the neighboring villages.

Great location in the village of Bubión with pool
Breakfast was good continental and there was air con Kettle was available from Reception Great helpful staff Small balcony was lovely
The restaurant and bar were only open for take away Bedroom was quite small although there was a lounge upstairs
