It was very clean, great location and comfortable.
The photos were slightly misleading of the pool facilities. And there was a cleaning lady who let herself into our room regardless of what was on the door desperate for a tip I believe but otherwise the place was pleasant and the staff were friendly.

They were able to cater for my dietary requirements. The Guest Relations team and restaurant staff were very helpful.
Lots of deposits for everything.
Having to pay for tennis was unexpected.
The weather was luckily quite favorable as otherwise i would have found the pools too cold. It would be great to have a truly heated pool.

From checking in to checking out our experience was excellent. Our room was great, very clean, excellent bathroom, comfy bed with amazing sea views. The pool area was also excellent will plenty of sunbeds and elevated, quieter areas away from the pool to relax and enjoy the sunshine. Breakfast was plentiful with an excellent selection of foods for different cultures and tastes. Last but not least the staff, they were also excellent, very professional and accommodating. Las Palmeras, i cannot fault it!!
Nothing, everything was great
