Staff were excellent at the front desk. We arrived on a day when there was civic unrest and they guided us on where to walk and areas to avoid.
Water pressure was poor and it took more than 5 minutes for water to be hot enough to shower. Considering their attempts at environmental responsibility, this was inconsistent with the message. There was no stopper in the bathtub so taking a relaxing bath was not an option.

This was a very nice hotel. The location was nice for walking to Les Rambles, Casa Batlo. We also walked to Sangrada Familia and Sant Pau but those were a bit of a hike (approximately 45 min.) The room was a good size and had a small fridge, kettle and safe. Breakfast buffet had a variety of items to choose from including hot items. Lots of restaurants were close by.
I felt the bed was a little too firm for me.
