* The personal attention from the hotel’s Assistant Director, Mr. Justicia, who was always making sure that my stay was perfect.
* The breakfast was incredible, with a huge variety of options and generous quantities.
* The Kids’ Club staff were fantastic and always made sure my children were entertained and having fun.
* The room was cleaned daily.
* Just a one-minute walk from the beach.
* An Eroski supermarket just one minute away.
The weight-training area of the gym needs some renovation, but the cardio machines and spinning bikes are brand new.

Kids club and kids staff
Pool and loungers was ideal
No mosquito protection for outdoor entertainment at night time.
Please provide protection of possible on top of individual sprays.
The restaurant door is constantly closed and opens disrupting meal experience.
Please keep door open or not.
Offer all inclusive deals instead of just half board.. this would be awesome.

Beachfront, various restaurants walking distance, kids club, breakfast, very kind and helpful staff
Sound isolation of the room, too much noise in the evenings making it impossible to sleep for a 4 years old, dated and not properly maintained facility, cleaning around the pool could be better, asking money for towel rental
