Location, breakfast and staff.
The worst policy is the limit on the complementary bottles of water we are entitled to consume daily. I have not seen such policy any where in the world.

Breakfast was nice but staff very slow to attend to us each morning have to ask many times for a
Coffee & language barrier. 440 euro & 75 for pull out bed for child. It is a lovely hotel but
Feel very over priced
