Friendly and helpful staff.
Comfortable bed.
Very good, strong shower.
A good breakfast.
The street noise of a city can be a little disturbing but our room was at the front of the hotel.

Friendliness. Location and wee balcony. The fountain musical display at night was amazing.
Breakfast was just OK.

Perfect location for our needs. Very good beding. Cleaness +++
The room was big although it felt tight as there was an extra bed that we didn't need. The bathroom is spacious but lacks surface to put the toiletries.
The hotel is noisy, the walls and floors are not soundproofed correctly.

The location of this hotel is very close to placa d'espanya and this is the really good thing about this hotel, it's also very close to communication.
Breakfast was very sad, not hot meals at all, scrambled eggs were cold, bacon was cold, the breakfast was not worth the price they charge for it.
Remote control in the room didn't work, told about it but nothing was made to fix it.
The aircon didn't work from the panel had to go down to the front desk to get help.
All in all this stay was not to the expectations, have been at this hotel before.
