The location, shuttle service, ease of check in, flexibility with time of check in, size and furniture in room, amenities. Breakfast.
Not enough seating space in restaurant and lobby area, considering the crowds the hotel cater to, dinner merit menu is not very comprehensive.

Very good choice when you have late or early flight. Near airport and to go to/from Shuttle bus was very comfortable. I had a comfortable bed, which was important to me since I only got three or four hours of sleep because of my early flight.
There wasn't a coffee machine in the room, no slippers.

Convenience, good room
Poor signposting for hotel on exit of airport (we went to the wrong Hilton). Breakfast was average. Had to queue for a long time to check in at 11pm
