Located close to rail and also major tourist locations. Staff were excellent, helpful, and accommodating. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choices.

The location of the hotel means travelling around is really convenient due to the proximity of the train station.
Our room was newly renovated and it was a very generous size. The value for money was great when compared to similar hotels in Rome
One of the lifts could be brought up to date, but by no means was it substandard.

Very poor service, rude personnel, every request was denied or they were very slow, it seemed that we came to someone’s house to stay for free and causing much trouble. We ordered two bedroom suite, but it is basically one big room, cause there is no door between. the second bed didn’t have sheets, so we’ve asked at lunch, as we came back at 10pm no sheets were there and concierge was yelling on me on the phone that it is not his problem, I have to come at the reception to pick up the sheets cause there is no service at this time and I have to remember it is not a 5* hotel 😳😳 at this moment I felt like it was maxx 1* And I was even more surprised when I came at the reception and he called to guy who brought the sheets and made the bed. What???? So you did have service and just wanted me to come back and forth begging ? Seems they hate their clients
They also didn’t warn us in advance they are doing the construction
