The staff tried hard.
The room was very small, dated and unwelcoming. The facilities were poor - no tea/coffee facilities. The shower was useless and exceptionally small. The pressure from the taps in the sink were poor. There was no duvet just a sheet and throw. Only 2 pillows with only 1 extra.
The breakfast was only ok - no museli or nuts, ham and cheese prepacked - coffee awful from the machine.
