Fantastic location, right on the grand canal and opposite the train station. Staff were friendly and helpful, offering a city map and storing my luggage at no extra cost. The room was bright and more modern and spacious than I expected. Lovely toiletries too.
Extra cost for breakfast seems high. I tried nearby cafes instead.

Staff went out of their way to when I found my phone charger was broken. Major trouble for me.
Small criticism is that the bathroom towels were tiny.

Great quality property, amazing staff. Location was also great for getting in and out of Venice with kids and quite a bit of luggage.
Our only complaint was the street noise at night outside our window was quite loud. Very busy area and it sounded like people were having a conversation right in our room. Luckily we had a sound machine with us for the kids!

The location is absolutely perfect. Right next to the car park which makes it very very easy for wheeling suitcases to the hotel. It’s also right beside a ferry stop. 10/10 for location
For the cost of this hotel the breakfast was extremely disappointing. Breakfast is included but I don’t believe it was specified that it was only a continental breakfast. There was other breakfast options available but there was an extra charge. The breakfast included was pretty poor. It wasn’t a buffet breakfast just very very limited options from a menu.
On top of the very limited breakfast options, the service from some of the hotel staff at breakfast was very very poor. They got the orders wrong on both mornings and we constantly had to follow up to see where our breakfast items were. One girl in particular had a terrible attitude. It was also clear that other people were experiencing the same service as they were also complaining.
