fabulous location on the waterfront, close to restaurants and cafe/bars. very clean and comfortable with an ample and well stocked breakfast buffet.

The staff went out of their way to be helpful and they were so friendly.
Parking is the big issue and having transport from the a parking area to the hotel and the return would be very helpful.
