Easy access, close to restaurants. Staff was exceptional, handled a medical issue perfectly. Got us a doctor who came to the hotel. Set up professional guide for a day trip and check in for our flights home. Nice breakfast in the hotel.

The roof top bar views and the staff, especially “ Jackson Heights “ were so nice to us. The breakfast was our best of all stays in Italy, the staff at the front desk took care of our rental car and the Historic Zone tax.
The location, the staff from the roof all the way to the lobby, excellent!

We liked the location, the staff were very helpful with our room change.
Our first room was not comfortable for us however the staff facilitated a room change the next day.
