Location, location, location. Midway between the Rialto and San Marco, super easy to navigate.
Great take away pizza almost next and a very popular gelato shop literally on your doorstep.
Breakfast good.
Noisy neighbours within the hotel and outside, just up the Prosecco dosage and it’s fine.

Excellent hotel in a fantastic location. Our room was spotlessly clean, with fresh towels every day, and breakfast was excellent.
What really made our stay special was the wonderful staff — warm, friendly, attentive and always happy to help. Their exceptional service made us feel truly welcome.
We had a wonderful stay and would happily return. Highly recommended!

Bathroom basin too close to wall

location is good
My room was on the very top floor, in the attic, and there was no elevator. The hotel is old, and the room with all facilities is old
