Location, it was comfortable with a nice big room and comfy bed. Staff were very friendly and helpful, good breakfast.
That I couldn't use the pools as pools not heated, and rooftop bars weren't open later.Soa treatments were a little expensive.

The staff, the room, and the location were great.
The breakfast buffet was excellent.
The dinner service at the restaurant didn’t disclose daily specials unless you asked. And the dinner specials were excellent!

Great location and beautiful foyer to enjoy breakfast and drinks. The bed, pillows and linen were comfortable and the room size was good.
The rooms need updating and the shower bath was not good as I had to hold the shower head to have a shower which made it impossible to wash my hair. We were unlucky to have windy weather on our first night and the door of the balcony would not stop rattling which made it impossible to sleep.

Central location, beautiful rooftop pool and view, great amenities.
The walls are paper thin and there is no sound proofing unfortunately. I stayed on the first floor, for a single room, which was still expensive. I heard every noise, footsteps, cough, and movement from the room above me and down the hall. There was also no quiet hour with people on my floor continuously coming and going throughout the night.
